1. I can't play or view any of the games
Most likely the problem is because you do not have flash player installed on your computer. You can find and install Adobe flash player HERE.

2. I can't play or view any of the videos
Below are a list a options that you may try:
A) You need to clear your cache. When your cache is full, it'll prevent videos from playing. You can clear your cache in Internet Explorer by going to Tools ---> Internet Options ---> Delete Files button. In Firefox, it's Tools --> Options ---> Privacy ---> Cache tab ---> Clear Cache button.
B) Most of the videos here require Windows Media Player 10 or higher in order for them to work. If you don't have Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you can grab it HERE.
C) There's a common problem in Firefox where no embedded videos will play. You may notice this on sites all over the Web. If you want to fix it, you can find a solution HERE.
D) If the videos say, "buffering" but they're only at 1%, 2%, 3% and loads slowly, this means the server may be having some problems. In most cases, it will be fixed within a few minutes or within the day.

3. Video Files play at half height in FireFox

D) Open FireFox
